Can I place a Custom Order?

  • If you truly need something different or if you have a design in mind, get in touch with us.
  • For bridal, anniversary & corporate orders we could work with you to create products that suit your theme or co-oporate identity.
  • All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product's page.
  • In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email or a phone call.

I have received the wrong order / damaged product  - what should I do?

  • Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days through email and we will replace the product(s) as soon as possible. Don't forget to mention your order number in the email. 
  • You will be provided with new product(s) depending on your preference. 

How can I Track My Order?

  • At this point unfortunately our shipping partners don't provide a Live Tracking ID.
  • They send shipping update SMS's to the mobile number attached to the order.
  • We work with Aramex exclusively for within UAE, as our preferred delivery partner. We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
  • We dispatch all orders in 1-2 working day from our logistic centre. Please keep in mind that all times are estimates and depend on the local delivery partner.
  • Please note that during final sales and the holiday season delivery times can be longer than usual.
How long does delivery take?

For UAE orders:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
You can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days.

Rush Orders:
If you would like to recieve your oder immediately or move it up the production line, please get in touch with us.

How do I place an exchange or return?

Please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order and we will walk you through the process for returning the items. 

Step 1: Print and attach the Return Form provided by our Customer Service team with the products and gift with purchase that you wish to return 

Step 2: Ship the items back to RORO’s dedicated address using a trackable shipping service of your choice. 
  • RORO is not responsible for any lost return packages. Hence, a tracking service is a must. 
Step 3: Email us the tracking number. 

Step 4: Your refund will be processed via your original payment method, product exchange or store credit. This will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. 

Note: For items that were purchased from ROROs pop-up stores, kindly return to the respective outlet with your original receipt and products in its original condition within 30 days.
  • Please note that Promesse Cuffs are non-refundable and cannot be returned as these are uniquely custom made orders.

Payment methods - How can I pay for my order?

  • Since most of our UAE customers prefer Cash on Delivery - we provide the same at no additional cost.
  • Simply pay the deliverer of the package, the amount listed out in your invoice.
  • We are currently working on our online payment portal options to provide a more seamless shopping experience.

Do I pay additional taxes / VAT?

No, all additional taxes & VAT are paid by us. 
Apart from the product listed price & shipping charges (if any) there are no additional fees!
